Terms

Cash or check payment is required with order, unless credit has been previously established. Returned checks will be charged a service fee of $25.00 or 5%, whichever is greater. Overdue balances will result in service charges of no less than 1.5% per month and cancellation of pending orders. Collection calls, letters, and other services to collect overdue or bad debts will be charged at $15.00 per call, letter or other services. By ordering from us, the buyer agrees to these terms. All prices are F.O.B. our warehouse in Hamilton, Ont. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Warranty

We guarantee the plants purchased to be true to the name, and in good condition when shipped or delivered, to the extent of the purchased prices of the plants. We do not make a representation of suitability or merchantability of any particular purpose, as the buyer is expected to use their professional knowledge. Seller’s liability is limited in amount of the purchase price of the goods, regardless of the nature, cause, or extent of any loss. Any kind of product damage or shortage is required to be reported within 48 hours in receipt of the shipment. Customer must provide evidence of their claim with digital pictures and email them to [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving goods.
